Project Management

We have project management skills built up over many years working in social housing.  These include technical projects such as development and tendering and also organisational projects such as resident consultation and exhibitions.  We believe that project management is a specialism in itself and that with a solid background in social housing we are able to provide you with an informed project management service in a range of social housing projects.

We can provide project management services to assist your housing organisation with one-off projects to supplement your in-house project management team or to provide specialist services as you need them.

We are happy to undertake smaller projects in their entirety but equally happy to work alongside your in-house team; alternatively we can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team which we can introduce from our various contacts or we can join your existing team of external consultants.

We believe that we bring attention to detail and an articulate approach to the projects on which we work.  Recent projects have included contract specification, tendering and procurement under EU Rules; managing all aspects of transfer of engagements for three registered providers including resident consultation, undertaking due diligence and obtaining TSA and FSA authorisation.

We enjoy the challenge of complex projects and take pride in getting the details right and delivering on time and on budget.
