The following are extracts from feedback that we have received from clients and others we have worked with:
Primary Business Support (PBS) has been an invaluable partner during our procurement project. They offered bespoke specifications, acted as a critical friend during the development of specifications, helped guide us through the Section 20 process, led the SSQ and Tender Evaluations and undertaken all of the statutory procurement administration.
We would not have been able to have procured so many complex contracts in the timescales we have, without the guidance and support of PBS.
In addition to the professional services provided, the attitude and approach to the project has been refreshing, with PBS understanding our requirements and working in a collaborative manner to assist us in achieving our goals.
