Transfer of Engagements

We have undertaken a number of transfers of engagements working on behalf of the transferor organisation and working closely with the transferee. We have worked for associations that have no dedicated staff where we have undertaken all necessary arrangements, including due diligence, reporting to board and preparing reports to the TSA for board approval, along with all TSA and FSA paperwork.

We have:

  • Worked to the Chairmen and Boards arranging consideration of cultural fit, terms of transfers and special considerations.

  • Where appropriate, established a transfer group to oversee the first year of operation following transfer.

  • Undertaken staff and resident consultation.

  • Dealt with TUPE issues, maintaining liaison with staff.

  • Made the necessary arrangements for Special General Meetings in support of the Company Secretaries.

  • Undertaken due diligence enquiries for the transferor associations and coordinating responses to the transferee associations' due diligence enquiries.

  • Liaised with the Housing Corporation, TSA and FSA
