The Association's latest development is at Whiteshoot, Broughton.  The scheme includes four properties for rent that comprise:

    2 One bedroom houses

    2  Two bedroom houses

There are also 1 one bedroom, 2 two bedroom and 1 three bedroom houses that are shared ownership properties.

The development was completed late in 2005 and was formally opened by the Mayor of Test Valley in March 2006.

If you are interested in renting, or shared ownership, of these properties as they become available you should register with the Test Valley Borough Council's choice based lettings scheme 'tvhomes' (you may use the link on the Home page to go to the tvhomes web site).

Please note that these properties have been built with the benefit of a 'Section 106' planning permission which means that they must be offered to people with a local connection with the Parish of Broughton in the first instance, but they may be offered to others if there is no local demand.
