The Association's development at Melchet View, Sherfield English is of seven properties including five for rent that comprise:

There are also two shared ownership houses, one two bedroom and one three bedroom property.  

The development was completed in June 2007.  Please note that the first allocations of these properties have been made.

If you are interested in renting, or shared ownership, of these properties as they become available you should register with the Test Valley Borough Council's choice based lettings scheme 'tvhomes' (you may use the link on the Home page to go to the tvhomes web site).  

Please note that these properties have been built with the benefit of a 'Section 106' planning permission which means that they must be offered to people with a local connection with the Parish of Sherfield English in the first instance, but they may be offered to others if there is no local demand.
