The Association's first development at King's Somborne was at Humbers View where we built seventeen properties, including four shared ownership properties.  The rented properties comprise:

4 One bedroom bungalows
5 Two bedroom houses
4 Three bedroom houses

If you are interested in renting, or shared ownership, of these properties as they become available you should register with the Test Valley Borough Council's choice based lettings scheme 'tvhomes' (you may use the link on the Home page to go to the tvhomes web site).  

Please note that these properties have been built with the benefit of a 'Section 106' planning permission which means that they must be offered to people with a local connection with the Parish of King's Somborne in the first instance, but they may be offered to others if there is no local demand.
