Providing affordable homes for the people of Test Valley in association with rural communities, parish councils, the local authority, the Housing Corporation (the former funding agent before the establishment of the Homes and Communities Agency) and the Tenant Services Authority.

Test Valley Rural Housing Association has developments throughout the rural areas of Test Valley, in the heart of Hampshire.  We provide homes in village locations to allow people with local connections to continue to live in a rural environment thereby maintaining the health and vitality of village communities.

We work in partnership with professional housing service providers to deliver quality homes and services for people in rural Test Valley.

The Association works with Test Valley Borough Council and allocates properties through the Council's choice based lettings scheme 'tvhomes' (see the link button to the right).

The Association has twelve rural developments in ten parishes and one further shared ownership property on a private development.  Details of the larger schemes can be found using the links on the left hand side of this page.
