Our speakers include Peter Bird who was a member of the management team that established Testway Housing as an LSVT association and managed the culture change both within the organisation and within the local community. Peter has also worked with other organisations in the pre and post grouping stages as they establish new structures and cultures and he has worked with organisations undertaking transfer of engagements advising on the integration of staff, stock and residents.
Don Cooke and Andy Harris are two speakers who have considerable experience working with teams to develop efficient and economical team structures that deliver results for the organisation and team members alike.
