Previous events include a' Teams in housing' presentation in Southampton in October 2009 that looked at the role of teams within housing services generally and examined the various team roles both within the organisation and outside the organisation. It looked at possible conflicts and how they may be handled.
It also looked at efficiencies that can be brought to dispersed teams and the key role of teams in organisations that operate across a broad geographic area.
The seminar incorporated an element of 'teams masterclass' and participants shared their current issues. The seminar was well received and can be repeated inhouse for clients.
Individually, members of the team have presented on subjects including Asset Management, Service Charges, Income Recovery, Team Dynamics and Developing Effective Teams.
