Primary Business Support is a small
management consultancy that is able to provide bespoke management
services to the public sector and businesses seeking work in the sector.
Our background in local authorities and housing associations means that clients receive support and advice that will address the needs of their public sector prospects and clients. We also work directly for housing organisations (click here for the PBS housing website).
We provide support at bid stage ensuring that your proposals are accurately targeted in terms of the language and values that you demonstrate in your proposals. We can assist you getting the necessary policies and procedures in place to meet the prospective clients' needs. We can also support you in establishing your delivery team, tailoring the team to address the very special needs of public sector organisations. We also undertake smaller projects, eg procurement, contract specification, project management and operation review, where this is required.
Now in our tenth year as independent consultants, we provide our clients with dedicated management consultancy tuned to their very specific needs. Our clients include surveyors, lawyers, universities, housing associations and other consultancies. We also partner other specialist service suppliers, including marketing consultants, construction consultants, benchmarking organisations and agencies that supply high quality interim managers. Through these partnerships our clients receive a comprehensive service that can be tailored to their needs.
Specialising in project work we have undertaken transfers of engagements, due diligence for PFI projects, research to support planning applications, marketing strategy review and procurement for local authorities and housing associations. We work as an integral part of your team and customer satisfaction is paramount to us. Many of our commissions are repeat business, which in itself gives testament to the satisfaction of our clients.
