PBS was established in 2002 by Peter Bird following a 25 year career in social housing. We undertake consultancy where we can give an objective view of your organisation, assessing it against your own internal controls, TSA requirements, KLOEs and best practice. We would typically develop a prioritised action plan to address the issues identified and we can assist you with the implementation. Independent complaints evaluation
In the TSA's new Regulatory Framework 2010 the TSA encourages the use of external validation of complaints and says that when it becomes involved in complaints it will take account of information based on independent or external validation. This has also featured in the papers arising out of the new framework. We are able to assist organisations through external validation of specific cases on an ad hoc basis or through a sampling process.
We can also provide you with independent evaluation of your complaints procedure to assess whether you are making best use of the valuable intelligence that your complaints offer. Too often organisations are keen to respond to formal complaint but don't get around to actually analysing why the complaint arose in the first place, and what can be learnt from the complaint.
