    Challenging Teams Seminar

    We are teaming up with CAL and Langdowns DFK to present a seminar to assist social housing organisations to improve the way their teams work and increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    The free seminar will be held at Langdowns DFK's offices at Eastleigh and will take place in the afternoon on Tuesday 20th October.

    CAL will be explaining how they work with organisations to help their teams work more effectively and make resources, such as team meetings, better utilised so that staff see their benefit and feel more encouraged and better able to contribute. CAL are experts in helping organisations improve the efficiency of their dispersed teams and have a great deal of experience that they will share.

    Primary Business Support will be talking about our experience working with teams in process review and how this assists team members to see the bigger picture so that they can appreciate their own contribution but also see the importance of their input into the work of others. We will also talk about processes by which individuals can see how their contributions build to deliver organisational goals.
